The KidKapers program at Fort Gregg-Adams is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Director to lead our junior musical production, opening in March 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented young performers and bring their creativity to life on stage!

Qualifications:
- Experience directing youth theatrical productions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring young performers.
- Ability to collaborate with a production team and adapt to the unique needs of a youth program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead auditions, rehearsals, and production planning.
- Work closely with the KidKapers team to ensure a high-quality performance.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and educational environment for all participants.
